Is there any setup fees?
Yes. There is $500 setup fees which includes creating chart of accounts, transfer of accounts, creating bank fees etc.
How much the software costs?
There is no upfront software cost. Only a very small monthly usage fees of $30-$50 charged for using the cloud accounting software.
Do I have to buy any hardware?
No dedicated hardware is required to access the cloud accounting software. It can be accessed from anywhere on any device using browser. Internet connection is required.
What about the date backup?
Data is backed up securely by the cloud accounting software service provider daily. You don’t need to take any backup which saves IT costs.
Is my data secured?
Data entry in the cloud accounting via internet uses the highest encryption and is very secure.
Is there any minimum contract?
We have flexible plans and can be customized according to your requirements.
Can I cancel the outsourcing service at any time?
Our outsourcing service can be cancelled anytime given the 30 days notice.
