The flexibility of our service means that you are able to upload dictation at the end of your business day and have transcripts ready to download the following day.

Rather than employing expensive internal staff we are able to provide the support services at a much lower cost and with reliable turnaround times.

Briefs, Court Documents

Our legal transcription team has extensive experience transcribing court briefs, affidavits, depositions, interviews and correspondence.

We will work with your letterheads and templates, or if you wish us to format specific document templates for your State or Territory we are happy to do so.

You can select the turnaround times to suit your deadlines. When you upload your audio file you can select from Urgent (short audios) to a 7 day turnaround and rest assured that your documentation will be prepared accurately and on time.

You are also able to provide handwritten notes or amendments (scan and upload PDF) for the transcriptionist to work from. This service is invoiced at a ‘per line’ rate.

Records of Interviews

BizGuru Transcription Services currently provide records of interview for the South Australia EPA and various investigative government departments. Our experienced team produce accurate and timely transcripts, adhering to the various formatting requirements requested by our clients.

We understand that confidentiality is a high priority and we are more than happy to provide a copy of our Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, which adheres to Australian Standards and the Privacy Act 1988. Our transcription team is also required to sign a confidentiality agreement. If you require a unique Privacy Agreement to be signed we are more than happy to do so.

Confidentially is of the utmost importance to ourselves and our clients. There are so many things that can compromise confidentiality that it would take volumes to cover them all, suffice to say good intentions don’t mean much. Web hosting …

Since Australia is geographically remote and an island it has made our computer connectivity to the rest of the world more expensive. Subsequently, hosting websites and online services is vastly cheaper in places like America and Europe. Again, however, using overseas hosting is to sacrifice Australian legal protection. Similar to staffing issues, it’s best to ask a company if your work ever leaves Australia, either because an overseas subcontractor has downloaded a copy to work on or because they host their website overseas.
